Hi, I’m Aditi

I’m the COO at GrowedIn, where I spend my time making sure people, process, and culture all move in the same direction (and on most days, it works).

Since 2021, I’ve written for over a hundred founders and executives, back when LinkedIn was still finding its feet. Writing taught me two things early on: how people think, and how clarity fixes most problems.

In 2023, I joined GrowedIn as a copywriter and found my favourite kind of learning curve - the kind that’s fast, messy, and a little uncomfortable. Over time, I moved across content, strategy, and operations, helping take the company from 0 to 1 and now building what will take us from 1 to 10.

Outside of work, I write Worldview, my weekly newsletter about work, growth, and doing meaningful things without losing your mind. It’s my way to process work and life at once.

Long-term goals: live slower, write a book, and build something that makes learning feel exciting again.
